We have this policy so that you the purchaser can make an informed purchase, know our policies, and continue to offer our valued customers quality new machines at the lowest possible prices. 

Order Processing
We help see all orders through, especially by providing you shipping and tracking information, plus we truly care, we answer or return all calls usually within the hour, not days like many businesses out there. 
Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days, standard transport time is 5 business days.  Most orders are received by the buyer within 2 weeks.  We do all we can to ship orders out as fast as possible, if however it has been over 15 business days from payment clearing, please call us and if it hasn't already shipped from the manufacturer, you may choose to cancel your order.  Any delivery delays due to freight companies or acts of God are something that we cannot control.  Bank Wires, money orders, and cashier's check orders will be processed immediately.  We hold all other checks 10 business days. 

Returns
All sales are final and may only be returned if authorized by the manufacturer, and would then carry a restocking fee of 15% plus cost of shipping.  Canceling an order that has not shipped is subject to a 10% fee of the total product cost.  Absolutely no returns or adjustments after 30 days.  All shortages or damages must be reported within 5 business days.

Freight and Inspection
Always do a cosmetic inspection before the delivery person leaves. 
Freight damage occurs less than 1% of the time.  Contact us immediately, while the delivery person is still there, whenever any freight damage occurs.  If you do not make note of damage to a freight company while they are there you will  be responsible for any damages, because the manufacturer and the freight company will have to assume that you damaged it while moving it yourself, whether on or off site.  As long as you point out what you see when it is shipped you have nothing to worry about, and again this rarely happens, but when it comes to sending thousands of pounds that cost thousands of dollars it is better safe than sorry.

All products are new when shipped so they should arrive to you new, so always do a cosmetic inspection before the delivery person leaves.  If you discover significant freight damage the item should be refused and the delivery person must make note of it on the bill of lading and give you a copy.
Refusing delivery without freight damage will not be allowed, all sales are final.
Notify us and we will make arrangements with the manufacturer to have a new one sent out to you as soon as possible.

If you discover minor freight damage, accept the item, and be sure to make the delivery person make note of it on the delivery invoice before they leave.
Call us and we will have the manufacturer take care of minor damages immediately.  Minor damages are unfortunate and rarely happen, but when it does, rest assure that
we are there for you.  We are  one of the few distributors that has a close relationship with all it's manufacturers, which is essential in getting your order fixed asap.  Freight damages are something that we can not control and we appreciate your cooperation to quickly remedy any such matters.  

We only Sell New Products
We only carry brand new products, so when they leave the manufacturer they are new, and unless damaged by shipping they will arrive to you brand new.  When damages occur during shipping we will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.  Damages from shipping is unfortunate to say the least, and rarely happens, but all of our manufacturers work with us to expedite any situation as fast as possible.  Damages from shipping are in no way grounds for canceling your order.  These are large items, just like cars or household appliances, and the game room industry is no exception, and occasionally it is inevitable a problem could arise.  You have our promise to make ever possible effort to correct problems ASAP, that is rare in this industry, but is something we feel essential to customer satisfaction, and the essence to the success of all our customers.

We are not responsible for any past, present, or future liabilities, relating to purchases, products, information, or any use thereof.  Any matters of dispute shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, USA and any legal action shall be brought and resided on within Lancaster County, State of Nebraska, USA.
