| All products are new and warranted by their respectful manufacturer, most slates are lifetime warranty. All warranties, defects, and repairs will be handled promptly by the manufacturer. Delivery companies do not do inside delivery or set up, unless arrangements have been made prior to delivery. All sales are final unless exchange or return is authorized by the manufacturer, in which case a 15% restocking fee and all cost of shipping to and from would be due from customer. Canceling an order that has not shipped is subject to a 15% fee of the total product cost. Customer has 7 days from date of delivery to notify us of exchange or return concerns. We do all we can to ship orders out as fast as possible, if however it has been over 15 business days from payment clearing, please call us and if it hasn't already left the mfgr. you may cancel your order, except for special order arrangements like, log pool tables which take 4-6 weeks typically.
