Sales Policy
Order Processing
Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days, standard transport time is 5
business days. Most orders are received by the buyer within 2 weeks,
except for log pool tables which typically take at least 4-6 weeks to complete.
We do all we can to ship orders out as
quickly as possible. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the manufacturer or delivery
delays due to freight companies.. Bank Wires, money orders, and cashier's
check orders will be processed immediately. We hold all other checks 10
business days and credit card orders must post before processing an order.
Returns
All sales are final and may only be returned if authorized by the
manufacturer, and would then carry a restocking fee of 15% plus cost of
shipping. Canceling an order that has not shipped is subject to a 10% fee
of the total product cost. Absolutely no returns or adjustments after 30
days.
***** Freight and Inspection *****
UPON DELIVERY YOU MUST FULLY INSPECT YOUR FREIGHT. Please do so to
avoid any concealed damage before signing any documentation. Freight
damage occurs less than 1% of the time. Contact us immediately, while
the delivery person is STILL there, whenever any freight damage occurs.
All products are new when shipped so they should arrive to you new. If you
discover significant freight damage the item should be refused and the delivery
person must make note of it on the bill of lading and give you a copy.
Refusing delivery without freight damage will not be allowed, all sales are
final. If you discover MINOR freight damage, accept the product, and be sure to
make the delivery person MAKE NOTE of it on the delivery invoice Before they
leave.
Any change in policies will be updated at url, http://www.epooltable.com/purchasing_policy_epooltable.htm,
and we reserve the right to make any needed changes without
notice.
